Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is considered a "Third Wave" therapy. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a behavior therapy and is rooted in Relational Frame Theory (RFT).

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) has been empirically supported as a treatment for many syndromes considered to be a mental illness or behavioral disorder.
