Our Group Therapy has been designed to help members reduce anxiety and depression symptoms, improve and maintain their overall health, prevent disease, and lead meaningful, satisfying lives.
For many of us, knowing what to do isn't the real problem. Doing the right thing consistently over time by making it our lifestyle is the issue. Our therapists present information in an accessibe compassionate way. They use scientifically supported techniques, based in behavioral learning principles, and give clients the skills and information necessary to keep putting their knowledge into action, time and time again. Tools from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) will be taught to group therapy members, so they can learn to use them in his/her personal life.
